While we sell to the likes of the Fortune 500, we also wanted to be projected as an enterprise, although we just started up. Our knowledge and network helped us recognize delayed compliance as a blocker to faster GTM. SKI, who has witnessed the journey of Freshworks from SMB to IPO, is right now the Deputy CISO of Freshworks. His knowledge has helped us identify and implement compliance and security measures well before the product was shipped out, which gave the sales team leverage in prospect conversations.

On the brand positioning, we could not have asked for a better mentor and advisor than Deepa! Having been associated as a leader at LinkedIn and Bessemer previously, her expertise has helped us position the leadership team and EventHQ brand the right way at the right time.
